Protect the wrist and hand joints. The wrist has more than 70 small bones, so wearing a bandage can make them one piece and less likely to be injured. How to wrap a boxing bandage:
1. Put your thumb through the noose.
2. Wrap one to two times around the wrist.
3. Wrap the palm of your hand around the knuckle of your thumb.
4. Place it against the back of your hand, wrap it around the back of your hand, and then wrap it around your knuckles once or twice.
5. Place the hand bandage diagonally around the wrist, and pass the hand bandage between the index finger and middle finger.
6. Wrap the wrist diagonally again and pass the hand bandage between the ring finger and middle finger.
7. Wrap the wrist diagonally again, and pass the hand bandage between the little finger and ring finger.
8. Wrap the back of your hand around your knuckles once or twice.
9. Return to the wrist, wrap it once close to the wrist, wrap it diagonally around the tiger’s mouth, and return to the other side of the wrist. The remaining bandage continues to wrap around the wrist until it is attached with Velcro.
