- Bicep Curl:
- Hold the dodecagon dumbbell in each hand with palms facing upward.
- Curl the weights toward your shoulders while keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Lower the weights back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
- Tricep Extension:
- Hold the dodecagon dumbbell with both hands overhead.
- Bend your elbows to lower the weight behind your head, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Extend your arms to lift the weight back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
- Shoulder Press:
- Hold the dodecagon dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing forward.
- Press the weights overhead until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the weights back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
- Lunges:
- Hold the dodecagon dumbbells at your sides.
- Step forward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Push back up to the starting position using your front leg.
- Repeat on the other side for the desired number of repetitions.
- Russian Twist:
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet elevated off the ground.
- Hold the dodecagon dumbbell with both hands at chest height.
- Twist your torso to one side, bringing the weight toward the floor.
- Return to the center and twist to the other side.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
