  1. Height less than 1.60 meters and weight within 60 kg:
    • Recommended Dumbbell Combination: 25 kg per pair
  2. Height below 1.70 meters and weight within 70 kg:
    • Recommended Dumbbell Combination: 30 kg per pair
  3. Height below 1.80 meters and weight within 80 kg:
    • Recommended Dumbbell Combination: 35 kg per pair
  4. Height under 1.90 meters and weight within 95 kg:
    • Recommended Dumbbell Combination: 45 kg per pair
